1. Product introduction
The open-type heat shrinkable sleeve is a heat shrinkable anticorrosion mending material specially designed for the anticorrosion of the welded joints of buried or overhead steel pipes. It is also called lap-type mending sleeve or mending belt. It is composed of a heat shrinkable belt main body, a fixing sheet, a rubber strip and other parts. The heat shrinkable tape is composed of radiation cross-linked high-density polyethylene substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive. Radiation cross-linked polyethylene substrate has high mechanical strength, long service life, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and environmental stress cracking resistance; special hot melt adhesives have the characteristics of strong adhesion, good sealing, and simple operation. Therefore, this product is widely used in steel pipeline anticorrosion patching in petroleum, natural gas, chemical, gas pipeline network and other projects.
During the installation and construction of the open-type heat shrinkable sleeve, the heat shrinkable sleeve shrinks uniformly in the radial direction under the action of heat, and the hot melt adhesive layer melts, evenly covering and filling on the pipe surface, forming a continuous and compact anticorrosion system with the original pipeline anticorrosion layer. Suitable for 2PE, 3PE, FBE, PP, CTE anti-corrosion coating pipeline weld joints and elbow area anti-corrosion repair, at the same time this product is used to repair damage Φ≥30mm.

3. How to use
(1) First attach the fixing sheet and the rubber strip to the adaptable heat shrinkable tape interface by heating to form a cylindrical sleeve shape.
(2) Refer to the use of heat shrinkable tape and closed-end heat shrinkable sleeve.
Six, transportation and storage
(1) The product is protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, and crushed and deformed during transportation.
(2) It should be stored in a cool warehouse with a temperature of 5~30℃ and a relative humidity of <75%. The storage period is 12 months, and it should be kept away from heat sources and open flames.
