First, before the spray dryer is turned on, the user prepares the items required for spray drying, cleans the cooling water bucket and the feeding bucket in advance, and checks the feed pump and the feeding pipe for dripping. If possible, users should also try to clean and dry the inside of the tank, powder collector and piping. Then inject a certain amount of water into the cooling water tank, and pour the liquid to be spray-dried into the addition tank.
Secondly, further check and connect the butterfly valve on the pipeline connected to the dehumidifier and the collecting tank, and see if they are all open. In addition, the air door on the spray tower should be fully open and the spray cabin door should be closed firmly. The quick-installing clamps of each connecting pipe must be installed correctly, and the air outlet valve of the air compressor should be opened, the exhaust valve should be closed, and the air pressure pipe should be well connected. Exchange to achieve the purpose of spray drying the raw material liquid.
In addition, when the material enters the atomizer to start spraying, the vibrator is turned on, and the user can observe the atomization situation and the temperature of the wind. Because the atomization system must ensure that the droplet size distribution is uniform, in order to ensure the spray drying quality of the material and improve the pass rate of product quality. If the outlet temperature is higher than 90°C, the speed of the peristaltic pump can be adjusted slowly. The temperature of the outlet air drops to about 86°C, which is the normal spray flow rate and can be kept stable all the time. At the same time, the product size, particle size, bulk density and moisture can be adjusted accordingly.
After the work is completed, shut down, first turn off the heater, feed pump, close the atomizer. When the temperature drops to about 50 ℃, you can turn off the induced draft fan, then turn off the cooling pump, turn off the power.
In addition, after the power is turned off, don’t forget to thoroughly clean the sprayer, separator, butterfly valve at the discharge port, collecting drum, feed pump, feed pipe, clamp, etc., and install it after controlling the dry water.
