1. The tension is small and the saw blade is too loose. If the tension of the saw blade of the woodworking band saw machine is relatively small, it cannot be effectively attached to the saw wheel. At this time, when sawing the wood, the impact or friction of the saw blade causes part of the tension to disappear, and the situation of running strip will occur. When idling, the saw blade returns to its original position. Adjust the tension of the saw blade appropriately, especially when processing hardwood, you need to use a thicker saw blade, the tension of the saw blade should be adjusted properly.
2. The upper and lower wheels of the band saw are skewed and not on a vertical plane, which will also cause the saw blade to swing. If the upper wheel hanging bar is turned upside down after tensioning, and the saw blade is different, make sure that the bearing shell of the lower wheel is in the middle of the hanging screw. If there is a deviation, adjust it to the center position, and then adjust the upper wheel. The length of the blade of the upper and lower wheels exposed by the edge of the saw wheel must be the same. If there is a deviation, the position of the upper and lower wheels is skewed and needs to be adjusted.
3. The wear of the saw wheel is relatively serious, and it is easy to make the saw blade swing and deviate. If the saw wheel wears into a cone shape, it will lose the saw blade and cannot be effectively attached to the saw wheel, causing deviation. At this time, the saw wheel should be ground, and the precision of the saw wheel should be paid attention to when grinding.
4. The inflexibility of the upper wheel tensioning device will also cause the saw blade to swing. Due to dust or wear, the saw blade sometimes gets stuck after a long time. Therefore, the tensioner of the band saw must be checked frequently and cleaned up. Keep the debris in and keep it lubricated.
5.如果乐队看到刚刚启动band saw, it should be that the upper wheel is not adjusted when the saw blade is installed, and the saw blade can be adjusted to an appropriate level by the upper wheel's adjusting handle.
